Our Story

In March 2021, we did something most people only dream about. We sold our house, bought a fifth wheel, and hit the open road as a family. For the next few years, we traveled full-time across the country, exploring everything from the mountains of Colorado to the coastlines of New England, documenting our adventures along the way.

Through our travels, we saw hundreds of communities, neighborhoods, and landscapes. We met incredible people everywhere we went. But no matter where the road took us, we kept finding ourselves drawn back to one place - the stretch of Gulf Coast along Scenic Highway 30A in Northwest Florida.

There's something about 30A. The sugar-white beaches, the coastal dune lakes, the tight-knit communities of Seaside, Rosemary Beach, Grayton Beach, and WaterColor. It felt like home every single time we came back. So eventually, we stopped leaving.

Our time on the road taught us something important: life is too short to be stuck in a situation that isn't working. We met so many people during our travels who were dealing with properties that had become burdens - homes they'd inherited and didn't want, rental properties that were draining them, houses they needed to sell but couldn't through traditional channels.

We realized we could help. By studying creative real estate strategies - approaches that go far beyond the traditional “list it with an agent” model - we found ways to create solutions that work for everyone involved. Solutions where the property owner gets relief, keeps their credit intact, and walks away in a better position than when they started.

That's why we founded 30A Investment Group. Named after the place that became our home, it represents who we are: people who understand what it means to take a leap, to navigate uncertainty, and to come out the other side stronger.
